The unique blend of retro design and electric mobility is embodied in this one-of-a-kind emission-free car

As the competition for electric mobility heats up, car manufacturers are pushing the boundaries to create not only more efficient vehicles, but also more unique ones. Each new concept electric vehicle aims to outdo its predecessors in terms of technology and style, with many featuring futuristic designs.

However, Olympian Motors is taking a different approach with their first model, the O1. The company aims to create a vehicle that has a retro look both inside and out, breaking away from the trend of futuristic designs. The brand claims that the O1 will provide exceptional quality and the highest aesthetic standards, with the goal of becoming the most elegant electric car in the world in the 21st century.

The visuals make it evident that the vehicle is influenced by the sophisticated design of classic cars from the 1930s, which are often depicted in American gangster films, despite being electric. The vintage appearance extends to every aspect, including the sturdy wheel arches and the teardrop-shaped rear of the vehicle.

Beneath the stylish exterior, the Olympian Motors O1 is powered by an 82 kWh battery pack, offering an impressive range of 500 kilometers on a single charge, one of the highest ranges available among current electric vehicles. The car features rear-wheel drive and can reach a top speed of 257 km/h, making it a powerful option for drivers who want both style and performance.

The minimalist interior of the Olympian Motors’ O1 is as intriguing as its striking exterior. The car features comfortable seats upholstered in light brown premium leather and wooden elements, including the steering wheel, creating an exclusive atmosphere that will transport any driver to another era. The dashboard is completely uncluttered, with no screens in sight, and features three prominent gauges for speed, RPM, and battery status.

Olympian Motors claims that the dashboard of the O1 has significantly fewer buttons and switches, about 80% less than a traditional dashboard found in other vehicles. Interestingly, the car doesn’t have a physical or digital key to start it. Instead, it uses a Voice First control system to activate the car, which is a departure from the usual key or button start found in most vehicles.

At present, there is no information available regarding the commencement of production for this unique prototype, though it is expected to be announced soon since bookings are already being accepted through the manufacturer’s website. The starting price for the O1 electric car is set at 93,000 euros, which is reflective of the exceptional quality of materials and technology incorporated in the vehicle.
